We remove the internal vascular veins of the anus (hemorrhoids) of IInd and IIIrd grade by use of non-operational Barron method. The operation consists in binding the vascular veins with the rubber ligature; after a few days the vascular veins fall out by themselves because of the lack of blood influx.
Short and painless operation, without hospitalization.

Often occurring proctological problem, appearing suddenly as a hard and painful node outside of anus. In some cases it is possible to treat it farmacologically. In acute cases or when the node has been altered due to thrombosis and does not undergo the farmacological tretment, the operation of removal of the vascular vein is necessary.
The operation is executed at our out-patient department, under the local anaesthetization. After a short observation at the department, the patient can leave the clinic.

Fissura ani means breaking of the anus mucosa at the internal sphincter, which cannot heal by itself. The best current method of curing this illness is so called internal lateral sfincterotomy. The operation is executed at our out-patient department. It consists in a partial cutting of the internal sphincter from the lateral approach in order to reduce its tension and to heal the fissura.
Local or general anaesthetization. Patient can leave the clinic after a few hours of observation.
