We remove the varicose veins of lower limbs
by use of the Müller method, which is based upon taking off
the degenerated veins through the 1mm wide skin cuttings. It
does not require sewing of the wounds and results in minimal
scars only, which practically disappear after half a year.
The operation is executed under the local anaesthetization.
Patient can leave the clinic on the same day.
In case of the varicose veins of the tibia vein (that runs from
the middle ankle to the groin); the operation aims at the removal
of the main trunk of the degenerated vein and, if necessary, its intakes too, by the stripping method.
The operation is executed under the ductal anaesthetization.
Patient can leave the clinic on the next day after the operation
and start a light work next week.

Teleangiectasiae
Removal of the teleangiectasiae (colloqially
called the vascular spiders) is executed at our out-patient
department, using the obliteration method (injection of a medicine
that closes the bore of the vein). The operation takes ca 30
minutes.
Patient can return to his/her activities immidiately after the
operation; walking is even advised.
